Cornershop by Uber is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager. Now, some people might think this job entails being the designated performer in the marketing department, but if this is the role for you, you’ll know that you will actually be working on bringing users to Cornershop by Uber through multiple social channels!

We are searching for a Performance Marketing Manager, Chile market to join our growing and passionate marketing team. This is an individual contributor role that will be responsible for the development and execution of Cornershop by Uber's marketing initiatives. For this role, we’re looking for a results-oriented marketer to help us establish Cornershop by Uber. The ideal candidate is a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager who can drive growth across performance marketing channels. As a seasoned app and web performance marketing expert, you will be hands-on in the planning, development, and execution of all our performance channels. You will be expected to deliver against aggressive business goals which include managing investment efficiency.

 

What will you do?

  • Develop a performance marketing strategy for the Chile market, in collaboration with the Global Performance Lead and the Head of Marketing.
  • Optimize ads for different KPIs (CPI, CPS, CAC, ROAS, CLV, awareness, and branding objectives).
  • Test and iterate on copy, design, landing pages, channels, audiences, etc.
  • Work closely with the Chile teams for seasonal campaigns creation and optimization.
  • Supply requirements of internal local stakeholders (Shoppers, Bizdev, Stores).
  • Partner closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams such as Analytics, CRM, Creative and local teams to drive standard methodologies, identify testing opportunities, and develop roadmaps.
  • Build and run A/B tests across creative audiences and landing pages.

 

What do you need to succeed?

  • Previous experience in digital marketing, specifically in performance marketing.
  • Experience working in apps or mobile marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication.
  • Fluent in performance marketing best practices.
  • Experience optimizing campaigns on Google and Facebook.
  • Video marketing experience.
  • Track record of success and career advancement.
